The Happy Endings hail from Hull in the North of England and comprise of siblings; Emma and Rachel. For live shows, they are joined by John Cox on bass guitar. They bring a mixed bag of styles to their song-writing and performances, with soaring harmonies and memorable hooks. Modern music with a nostalgic nod to the 60’s and 70’s pop/rock that’s influenced them.
They are regulars to BBC Radio Humberside and BBC Introducing Humberside and have performed on the BBC introducing stage at Glastonbury Festival in 2017 following the release of their self-titled debut album.
Their second album “Songs From Ivanhoe” released in 2019 has been well received and has had airplay on BBC6 Music and BBC Introducing.
They are currently working on album number three.
