On Monday night and the whole country was on the edge of their seat waiting for the announcement and none more so than the organisers of our summer events, hoping for some guidance on the coming months and praying for some positivity. Ed Faulkner, organiser of Tribfest Music Festival, was one of these people. Tribfest is one of the jewels in the crown of Yorkshire music events and has been voted Best Entertainment and Leisure Venue in East Yorkshire 2018 -2020 (Best Bar None Awards) and finalist for Remarkable Tourism Event of the Year in 2018 and 2019 in the annual REYTA awards, is striving forwards and will now be able to supply us all with a much-needed weekend of fun on 19th – 22nd August 2021.
The Tribfest team are planning for all eventualities but with such a limited budget due to almost no new ticket sales over the past year it is really hard. ‘We want people to come to Tribfest and feel as safe as they do every year so we will be following all government guidance and investing in whatever infrastructures we need to’.
Tribfest is now nationally and internationally recognised as a leader in their field and bring people from all over the UK and Europe to work and enjoy the festival alike. ‘We know how important our festival is to our customers and therefore we will do everything that we can to ensure a safe and enjoyable Tribfest 2021.’
