Last night, the Tribfest Team attended the East Riding Best Bar None Awards at Beverley Racecourse. As well as becoming an accredited venue, Tribfest was awarded 3rd place in Best Entertainment/Leisure Venue.
Best Bar None is a National Award Scheme supported by the Home Office and aimed at promoting responsible management and operation of alcohol licensed premises. It was piloted in Manchester in 2003 and found to improve standards in the Night time economy, with premises now competing to participate.
After 10 years organising Tribfest, it's great that we're getting recognition for all the hard work, time and energy that goes into running the world's biggest tribute band music festival.
It was a brilliant night celebrating the wide range of bars, pubs, and venues across the East Riding, with good food, brilliant entertainment, and a few glasses of wine too!
A big thank you to East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Licensing Team for organising a fantastic night.
To top it all off, Dave won an orchid in the raffle too!
